Le Creuset Cast Iron 26cm Signature Square Grillit, the Signature Square Grillit® gives all the delicious flavour of an outdoor grill, with all the convenience of indoor cooking. It produces the most succulent food as cast iron reaches high heat on a low to medium setting and once hot it will stay hot sealing the outside of your food very quickly as you add it to the pan and locking in the maximum amount of moisture, nutrients and flavour. It is a very healthy way of cooking too as the cooking fat drains away and collects below the ribs. Setting the new Signature Square Grillit® apart is its convenient loop handle, added for extra ease of use and stability when lifting a full pan.

The grill is coated with Le Creuset’s specialist satin black enamel finish. Very durable and easy to clean, the satin black enamel interior has been especially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required) and is ideal for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish and vegetables. Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying.
